 Discrimination against the newly freed slaves from the South (the North refrained from freeing their slaves for many more years after the war including General Ulysses S. Grant who was a slave owning President AFTER the War) began with the 14th Amendment and what I would say was MISUSE, but in my opinion it is one of the reasons the Banksters created the 14th.....to establish Corporate Personhood, and to expand the power and scope of wide ranging control of the UNION, which they began representing and propagandizing to the people as a COUNTRY, which it was is, and never will be. It is a UNION of Independent Nations. They are called States. The United States is a Union. Your actual "country" was meant to be what you call your State. Like The Soviet State.....the German Russian Italian "State"..... The brainwashing of Americans is so bad, that the boundaries that were supposed to exist have all but been erased. And now we have the TPP steaming ahead to accomplish that even more..... African Americans, if they understood the actual truth would see that they to this day are still enslaved (highest percentage of incarcerated) and the 13th Amendment that replaced the original that would have taken the control from foreign entities as well as the Bar Associations stranglehold on the Court system,, states that involuntary servitude is allowed with only a criminal conviction......but everyone celebrates this as a stunning victory?  

Hello?  Majority of African Americans in prison most of which for non-violent victimless crimes (War on Drugs) and by design all they did was make slavery a Government rather than a private institution. I am often attacked for my position on the 14th as someone who wants to "bring back" slavery.....yet whenever I am given the opportunity to speak to black crowds, I walk away being hugged and praised as an honest truthful and courageous man.....i am not tooting my own horn, but stating the obvious which is the Government does not want the people to be empowered together.....but divisively against each other....they do not care if the people are empowered against each other....there is no "Domestic Terror watch list for that.....But if one is a unifier of ALL people.....THAT PERSON often is killed. Wake up...........Wake up America......and UNITE one and all.....forget about our differences and find love....pure loving kindness toward one another. And FORCE yourselves if you must to love thy neighbor.
